Corrections and provider disputes
If you are a listed service and believe something on this site is inaccurate, write to info@onlineclasshelpersreviews.com with the specific claim and supporting evidence. We correct demonstrated errors.
Disputes tied to a specific audit finding go faster if you name the finding. Billing and refund claims, LMS and login security claims, and review authenticity questions are all routed through the same Evaluation Board page, which covers how each category of audit is run and how to reach us about it.

What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a service provider. We cannot access your course, alter a grade, intervene in a dispute with a provider, or issue refunds for purchases made elsewhere. For an order problem, contact the provider directly.
This document is a starting template, not legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer review it against your actual data practices and the jurisdictions you operate in before you rely on it.
